Tour Details

To get to platform number 1, you must climb some stairs, having two levels of rest, the tree where this platform is located is called *TOSTADO * tree (TACHIGALI COSTARICENSIS), this platform has a cable of approximately 200 meters reaching platform 2 , this is found in a tree called *CHAPERNO * tree (ONCHOCARPUS HEPTAPHYLLUS), we can see a panoramic view of the Cerro Chato and the majestic Arenal volcano, the next cable is number 2, it has an approximate length of 180 meters which has a view towards a first river and upon reaching the third platform that is located in an *AGUACATILLO * tree (PERSEA CAERULEA), this has a strategic location since it is on the river and we can observe iguanas, sloths, monkeys and toucans, this platform has a small tier. When making cable number 3, it is 550 meters long, it is the longest cable and has a view of the plain, at the arrival of platform number 4, which is in a *CEDRO* tree (CEDRELA ODORATA) This is with a 360° view where monkeys, toucans and a variety of birds are frequently observed. This platform has two levels of stands with rest, on cable number 4 the distance is 250 meters and when falling to platform number 5 that is located in a *CEDRO* tree (CEDRELA ODORATA), it also has a location in a second river, with views of the volcano, then cable 5 is where we will travel through a river with a distance of 100 meters arriving to platform number 6 that is located in a *PEINE DE MICO * tree (APEIBA TIBOURBOU ), where it has a construction that allows it to be inserted between the branches of the tree where a swarm of mariolas is located and there a brief explanation is given about medicinal uses, this is specifically a point where the aracari toucan can be observed, it has a small step going to cable number 6, which is the smallest cable of the route of approximately 80 meters, passing over a stream and reaching platform number 7 that is located in a *CEDRO* tree (CEDRELA ODORATA), it has a single level without steps, then going to cable number 7it has a distance of approximately 300 meters until reaching platform number 8 where it is located on a *ESPABEL* tree ( ANACARDIUM EXCELSUM), this has two levels of stands with rest, going to cable number 8 where it crosses the third river, it has an average distance of 220 meters where we end in a tower with a height of 6 meters with a 360° view of downtown Fortuna , the plain, the volcano, Cerro Chato here we will end the tour at the point where we initially started (reception).
